Virtual method for saving a timeline to a uri.

Every #GESFormatter subclass needs to implement this method.

Parameters
- formatter: GES.Formatter

- timeline: GES.Timeline

- uri: string
  
  a #gchar * pointing to a URI
- overwrite: boolean
  
  %TRUE to overwrite file if it exists
